About me:

I’m passionate about helping others find their path toward healing and happiness. I believe that true growth begins with self-compassion—learning to treat ourselves with kindness rather than judgment—and deepens through acceptance of who we are in each moment.

My approach is rooted in the idea that everyone already holds the capacity to heal within themselves. Sometimes, we just need support, guidance, and space to reconnect with that inner strength. Whether you’re navigating challenges, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to feel more at peace, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and understanding.

I’m here to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore, grow, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What I offer:

Play Therapy: 

I provide play therapy to help children express themselves in a safe, supportive environment where communication can happen naturally through play. This approach allows children to process emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills in a way that feels comfortable and engaging to them.

I work with children ages 6 and up in individual therapy sessions. For younger children, ages 3–6, sessions are held with a parent present to support connection, understanding, and shared growth.

Collaboration with parents is an essential part of my work. I believe that being on the same page creates the strongest support system for a child. I offer parent sessions to discuss progress, address any questions, and provide guidance—these take place about once a month or as needed.

My goal is to support both children and their families in building stronger connections, fostering emotional well-being, and creating lasting positive change.

Individual therapy

I offer individual therapy for people of all ages and genders, providing a supportive and inclusive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.

My areas of focus include working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to sexuality, as well as supporting those who are neurodivergent. I approach each person with compassion and respect, recognizing that every journey is unique.

Additionally, I offer therapy in Spanish through a bicultural lens, honoring and integrating the cultural experiences, values, and identities that shape each person’s story.

Together, we can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward healing, self-acceptance, and a greater sense of well-being.
